Our Penny Post range is sent on an untracked 24hr service with Royal Mail. Please note that this is a free delivery service and parcels usually take 1-2 days to be delivered. While you may select a date at the point of order, this date is not guaranteed under this service.

Can I upload my addresses via an email?

If you are planning to do a large order, then we recommend you do the full process with our personalised quotation service provided by our Customer Service team. They can generate a quote for you and then provide you with an address template. For smaller orders, doing them manually on the website is the best course of action.

What Is The Minimum And Maximum Order Amount?

There is no minimum or maximum order amount. It will simply be a case of stock availability.

Can I Have Hampers Delivered To Multiple Addresses?

Of course. When placing your order online, you will have the option to select single, or multiple address delivery.
